NSW WorkCover notices: 

Currently NSW WorCover has MOU with Vic. Qld and SA so that for the construction industry current induction tickets from these states are accepted as proof that these workers have had general induction training as required by the legislation. 

As from July 1 2008 WorkCover has clarified the requirements for providing evidience of identity.
